Many people think meditation is hard to do but there are easy, mindful meditation techniques that will greatly reenergize your sex life. Let’s have a look at some of these simple meditation techniques that women can do for better sex.

This is another form of mindful meditation. Micro-cosmic orbit breathing is a little more advanced meditation, but still easy nonetheless. It involves guiding your breath in an orbit around your body, as you breathe in and out. It’s very similar to the earlier technique. Place your tongue to the soft palette of the roof of your mouth, and this time as you breathe in, you are going to breathe in from your genital region.
As you breathe in from your genitals, guide your breath (energy) up the back of your body (spine), to your third eye (middle of your head) and then to the top of your head. Do this all in one slow, deep breath, while your tongue is pressed to the soft palette of your mouth. Then you are going to slowly exhale the breath down from your head, down your tongue, and down your throat, all the way to your navel, and then to your genitals. This creates an orbit and your tongue is the part that creates a circuit or link between the two main meridians that run through the core of your body. Do this micro-cosmic orbit breathing for a month, or until you can feel the breath (energy) running through all parts of your body, without any blockages. Once you are able to do this, without blockages for several weeks you will be ready for the next, most advanced meditation.

3) Kundalini meditation is the same as the micro-cosmic meditation, but it uses potent sexual energy through your micro-cosmic orbit rather than simple breath energy. What differs is you are going to use sexual energy to send up through your orbit rather than simple breath energy. To activate this sexual energy you first have to awaken it, then create a vacuum to send it up your spine. The inhaling is the same. Press your tongue up to the soft palette of your mouth and inhale slowly from your genitals, up your spine to the third eye, and crown of your head.
But then just before you are about to exhale, squeeze and tighten up your buttocks, pull them up, along with your perineum and vagina, all at the same time. Be sure to hold the squeeze and tightening up of genitals as you slowly exhale the energy down from your head to your tongue and mouth, down your neck, chest, and navel, all the way to your genitals. Then just as your exhale is complete, you will let go of your genital squeeze, relax and breath in, up through the genitals for the next cycle.
