Certain foods contain nutrients, minerals, and chemicals that react to our system and affect our hormones, in turn making us feel more or less in the mood. Natural foods are much healthier and easier to digest than processed foods. Natural foods have lots of nutritious vitamins and minerals needed to maintain a healthy, sexual lifestyle. When we eat processed meats, processed carbohydrates, and sugary foods, they are lacking the necessary nutrients we need and are also very difficult to digest.

Eating these unnatural, processed foods actually, takes away energy from our system. Trans fats (saturated fats), found in sugary foods and drinks also clog up your arteries and greatly reduce the blood flow to your body’s organs and glands. This includes your sex organs and sex glands. Sugary foods and drinks are a leading cause of decreased female libido today. If you have a sweet tooth, start eating raw fruits and drinks made from raw fruits. You will feel better and healthier.

White flour (or enriched wheat flour) or wheat flour is also a major problem. Guess what your body does with processed flour products? It turns them into sugar! You might as well just eat, plain white sugar from a bag because that is what your body does with processed flour right after you consume it. Now you know why white sugar and white flour are referred to as white death. They are the two worst foods you could possibly eat. Both are extremely unhealthy and will kill your organs, glands, immune system and sex drive.

It’s not so much that the grains are bad, it’s the refining process. When we don’t eat foods in their natural form we lose all the vitamins and minerals. Worse yet, we create a product that starves our body of nutrients and energy by putting so much stress on our organs and glands by trying to remove it from our system. It’s a double whammy. One that is killing people all over the globe. We need to wake up and start eating right.
